Optimizing Planning and Scheduling while Monitoring Construction Projects: Review Paper
Keywords:
Production; planning; scheduling; coupling; constraints.Abstract
Completing a large construction project in time and within budget is not an easy task. Project planning and scheduling plays a central role in predicting both the time and cost aspects of a project. In this review paper various studies are presented related to Project planning, important benefits of good planning and the Working Principle of Primavera P6 are presented. Project Management modules once considered a necessary commodity in the Realty & Infrastructure construction sector is now viewed as a strategic asset for organizations.
